At Kali Rose Boutique, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all seasonal sale items and accessories are final sale to ensure the highest quality for all our customers.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
